BESPOKE77 has been involved in the ceramic and wood industry for the past 40 years. Established in 1977, we have cultivated a diverse range of prestigious customers in the food manufacture, retail and restaurant industries such as Harrods, Fortnum and Mason, Jamie Oliver’s restaurants and Cropwell Bishop Stilton. Our products can often be found on the shelves of Waitrose and Sainsbury’s or you may have eaten from our plates, wooden boards and dishes whilst visiting numerous different restaurants including Jamie’s Italian, Prezzo, Bill’s and many others. Since taking over the reins in 2007 Terry and Barry Grainger have introduced new ranges in glass, terracotta, wood, metals and textiles to compliment the already expansive ceramic side of the business.

We pride ourselves on supplying high quality products at very competitive prices. Our core values include exceptional levels of customer service and partnering with our clients at all stages of the engagement and supply chain. We work very closely with them developing their ideas through to production, including creation of samples and conceiving unique, ingenious packaging solutions and design, fulfilment and logistics for WEB ecommerce solutions.

Barry Grainger (Director)

Barry has over 25 years experience working in the ceramics and retail industries.  He took over the running of Ceramic Contracts, now BESPOKE77 Ltd. from his father in 2008 and successfully runs the expanded organisation with his brother Terry.

Mark Tomlin (BESPOKE77 Innovations)

Mark joined the team at bespoke in 2019 to promote and manage the new BESPOKE77 Innovations division.  He has a wealth of experience in product licensing and bringing new innovative ideas to market.

Ashley Grinham (Operations Manager)

Ashley joined the team in 2014 with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry.  He is responsible for warehouse and stock management, order fulfilment and logistics.

David McTaggart (Director)

David began his career in a top 20 accountancy firm with responsibility for UK IT services.  He progressed to the board of a major IT services organisation where he developed their products and services.

David has worked with Terry and Barry for over 30 years and is responsible for the IT side of the business.

Sorel Wilson (Office Manager)

Sorel joined in 2017 with a background in the hospitality industry and office administration. 

Sorel works closely with the entire team (keeps them out of trouble!) and is responsible for supplier/client liaison and social media comms.

Terry Grainger (Director)

Terry has 20 years of board level experience in the IT and Electrical sectors with specific skills in business development and company strategy.

Terry oversees the financial and operational sides of the business and has a remit to make efficiency improvements in all areas.

Helen Turner (Finance Manager)

Helen is our finance manager.  She earnt her stripes at board level in a TV post production company and as a freelance financial consultant. 

She has help several small businesses grow into major concerns and now assists Terry to deliver the companies financial strategy.
